Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience working in the learning & development arena. She has developed and conducted an extensive range of courses from customer service to train-the-trainer programmes.
As a consultant, she has helped many organisations achieve their corporate goals and business objectives through customised workshops.

Stephanie believes in lifelong learning and her credentials include: Master of Training and Development (MTD), Bachelors of Arts (BA), Diploma in Training and Development Management (DTDM), Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Diploma In Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

Keith Sng

Keith is the co-founder of Empower Training and Consultancy. A veteran in the leadership space, Keith has worked in many organisations including DBS, HSBS, OCBC, SMRT, Ministry of Manpower, Marina Mandarin Singapore, F&N and Linde Gas taking on a diverse range of portfolios including HR Partnering, Talent, OD and Change Management and L&D.

Keith has a wealth of experience creating successful interventions and workshops across South and East Asia over the last 20 years. ​Adopting a nurturing and coaching style when facilitating training programmes, Keith has trained hundreds of line managers and senior leaders in Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar, Philippines, India and Indonesia.

Keith has an Honours Degree in Social Sciences (NUS, Singapore), a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Murdoch University, Australia) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (Singapore Institute of Management).
Johnson Wong

He has more than 17 years of experience working in learning & development field for the higher education sector and private training entities, where he has conducted numerous research studies, facilitation and training workshops.

His recent works are published in HR in Asia, Training Industry (USA), Training Journal (UK) and Training Magazine (USA).

Lily Kow
​
Lily Kow is a tourism industry veteran, with 35 years of experience in the travel business and tourism education industry. Lily spent 13 years in the travel industry working as an operations manager in an MNC which brought her to many parts of the world including USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, China and Australia.
Lily joined TMIS (the Centre for Tourism Related Resources) in 1995. Her lastest appointment as Director required her to take on strategic and developmental roles for both TMIS and the Singapore tourism industry. She spearheaded many projects like the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Tourism Framework to professionalise the travel and tourism industry in Singapore.
She was also responsible in clinching overseas projects where she designed and conducted the programmes.

Lily holds professional qualifications in Travel and Tourism from Geneva, Singapore, Hong Kong and USA. She obtained a Bachelor of Tourism Management Degree from University of Glasgow Caledonian. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning.
Michelle Leong

Michelle served in the yachting industry for 14 years as a PA to the Managing Director. She took on additional responsibilities spanning administration and sales as well as events management, for the local and overseas markets.
​
She has 11 years of experience in the tourism and retail industry, assuming responsibilities in managing the overall training administration, marketing as well as customer enquiries at industry level learning academies.
​
An extremely friendly and bubbly personality with extensive experience in both industries, Michelle plays an important role in maintaining effective communication with clients. Her talent in customer care is a great asset to all past organisations and Empower Training and Consultancy.
